I am currently producing two different models.  The first is the same cutback liner that we have been tattooing with for 4 years now.  It has a tried and true performance proven geometry.  It will lay perfect lines effortlessly with minimal skin trauma for fast healing.  It works well with any liner needle configuration from small to large.  This machine runs flawlessly over a very wide range of voltages with a smooth, fast medium to long stroke.  Nominally, the machine runs at between 4 and 10 volts in the approximate range of 110-130 hz.  It is equipped with my precision hand wrapped 8 wrap coils. 

The shader machine is a classic solid shader with modern styling.  We have been tattooing with this style of shader for the last couple of years with excellent results.   Its proven geometry creates a machine that packs color fast and solid.  It can also be turned down for smooth grey shading with minimal skin trauma for fast healing.  The machine runs flawlessly over a wide range of voltages with a slow, punchy medium to long stroke.  Nominally, the machine runs at between 4 and 9 volts in the approximate range of 90-110 hz.  It is equipped with precision hand wrapped 8 wrap coils.

The coil cores, armature bars, and frames are all made from the same annealed low carbon steel alloy for top performance and superb magnetic and structural efficiency.  These machines can be built with heavy or light hardware to match your exact weight specifications.  Hardware is available in alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and/or brass.  These machines weigh in at between 7.5 oz. and 9.5 oz. depending on what type of hardware I finish it with.  These machines are made entirely by hand in the USA by John Moritz.   They offer solid tig welded frames, premium precision machined parts, and the highest level of quality available in a handmade machine in this industry.  Several finishes are available.  Enamel coated frames are available in a wide range of colors.  Oil blackened frames are available in a high luster polish or a natural brushed finish.  Call for pricing today.
